Dunn's Digest: Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you!
I hope you have had time to spend around your family and loved ones.
Now onto 2026…
Quote of the Week:
"The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high and we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it." - Michelangelo.
What I’ve Been Thinking About:
The last few weeks of the year always feel so momentous.
Especially with the pattern interrupt that is the christmas holidays, it is a great period for reflection on the past year and looking ahead to the new year.
Did you set any goals for 2025? If you did, you can reflect on them and adjust them for the new year.
If you didn’t set goals for this year, it is important you set some now for the upcoming year.
Start with just 3 goals:
Career / Wealth - an income goal? A new job? etc
Health - a training routine? A completed 10km race?
Relations - a hobby? A date-night schedule? A family-time goal?
You’re allowed to change these goals. They do not have to be permanent. The important thing is the setting of the goal.
In good health,
Harvey
